Do You Feel A Lot Of Negative energy

I used to feel a lot of negative energy and I still feel negative energy.

I Don´t feel it as much as I used too because I used some tips that I’m going to talk about later on.

I’m pretty sure that most people know what negative energy is.

I assume that some don’t know how to get rid of it because you decided to check out this blog post.

So without further ado, let us get right into how to get rid of negative energy.

1. Stay Away From negative people

One of the possible reasons why you feel negative energy is because you are hanging around negative people.

Some negative people might be people that you know, whether it’s your friend, your brother, your sister, or someone else.

I know that sometimes, you can’t really avoid them.

If you have no choice but to be with them whatever the reason is, then make sure you prepare beforehand.

You might need to get rid of people in your life that are negative, whether it’s a family member or a friend.

It will defiantly be hard to do if you were close to the person for a long time.

But I’m telling you, once you do get rid of negative people from your life, you will feel much better than you did before.

Not too long ago, I had to cut ties with some of my old friends because they were saying stuff behind my back and they were negative as well.

It wasn’t easy at all, I procrastinated on it for about 8 months, but when I finally did it, I instantly felt so much better.

2. Clean Up Your Place

Cleaning up your house is a good way to get rid of negative energy.

The way that your house is whether it’s clean or dirty directly reflects yourself.

If it is clean, then your mind is not full of clutter, and if it is dirty, then your mind is full of clutter.

When you do clean up your place, you might notice that you feel a lot better than you did beforehand.

Cleaning up your place will also clear up some clutter in your mind.

It does kind of sound weird but it works.

I tried it out by cleaning up my house to see if it works and I was tired of the house being messy.

It took me about 2 hours to clean the rooms but once I did, I felt a lot better than I had before.

I also noticed that my mind wasn’t cluttered up like it was before either.

So if you have the chance, clean up your place a little, it will make you feel better and you would have a clean house.

3. Meditate

Meditation is a great way of calming the mind, letting go of the past, letting go of negative energy, and so much more.

If you want to learn how to meditate, then watch this video on how to meditate.

If you want a guided meditation on getting rid of negative energy, then search it up on YouTube.

Find one, and listen to it while you meditate.

If you don’t want a guided meditation and only want the music or beats, then search binaural beats for getting rid of negative energy, then listen to the beats while you meditate.

When you meditate, make sure that you are totally relaxed.

You can do this by laying down, doing a meditation position or any other way.

Once you are meditating, visualize and feel the negative energy go down through your body and out from your toes.

I would recommend meditating for about 20 minutes but you can meditate for longer or shorter if you like.

Once you are done meditating, you might feel a lot better and more at peace with yourself.

You will not feel the negative energy anymore afterwords.

4. Rearrange Stuff Around The House

It’s good to rearrange stuff around the house once in a great while.

It has the same concept as cleaning up your place and It does work.

I rearranged my bedroom sometime in August and once I was finished, I felt better.

I also noticed that the clutter that I had in my mind before was gone.

So if you can or want, rearrange stuff around your house to have more space.

It might be a lot of work but trust me, it is worth it in the end.

5. Open Windows To Let Negative Energy Flow Out

Opening Windows will let the energy that is in your home flow out.

I recommend to open as many windows as you possible and leave them open for as long as you need.

I think that around 30 minutes to 2 hours is good but it’s really up to you to decide.

It will be better if you set the intention that the negative energy in your house to leave out of the windows.

6. Don’t Hang Onto Emotions

Hanging on to emotions like anger, hatred, jealousy will make you have a lot of negative energy.

So just let your emotions flow.

When negative emotions show up, don’t hold on to it or give it any huge

It is trying to tell you something.

Say to yourself I am feeling anger, frustrated, etc.

Don’t say I am angry, or frustrated, etc because you are saying that you are the negative emotion which is not what you want to do.

Once you let the negative emotions flow, you will notice that you feel better and you don’t feel the negative energy anymore.


Doing any of the things that I mentioned will help to get rid of negative energy.

  1. I really find your posts intriguing! I couldn’t agree more with the one about “Stop hanging around negative people.” This is a critical one for me! I always say, “If you don’t have what I want in life, why should I listen to you?” This is a reflection of what you said in your article; namely, negative people rarely have anything worthwhile to share, so why listen?

    Personally, I need to rearrange my house, too! After reading this post, I will do that tomorrow! Thanks!
