Do You Want To Feel More Positive Energy?
I’m guessing that a lot of people want to know how to have more positive energy but don’t know how or they know how but don’t want to take action to do so.
When you feel or have more positive energy, you will feel good most of the time and you will attract better things in your life like, people, a better job, growing, and successful business, and so on.
If you feel and have negative energy, then not only that you won’t feel good most of the time, but you won’t attract better things in your life.
Now it doesn’t mean to be cheerful and happy 24/7.
I’m saying to be cheerful and happy more times than feeling down or angry or any other negative emotions.
So in this blog post, I’m going to be covering how you can have more positive energy.
Meditation is a really good way to feel more positive energy.
If you want to do a guided meditation, look up guided meditations for positive energy.
If you want to meditate, but don’t want a guided meditation, then search meditations for positive energy and choose one that doesn’t say guided meditation on there.
When you do meditate, it is important to calm the mind.
If you don’t, then you will have a lot harder time getting into a calm state.
Once you are in a calm state, focus on what you are feeling and imagine that energy flowing through you.
Once you are done meditating, you will notice that you feel calmer and have more uplifting energy.
Doing yoga will allow energy to flow through your body easier.
The type of yoga that you should do is the ones that make you stretch out the most.
I’m not saying do the most difficult yoga poses first.
It might be better if you start with beginner yoga poses first and work your way up if you want.
Some yoga positions might make certain parts of your body hurt (depending on the stretch of course) and you might not feel like doing yoga at all because of it.
But let me tell you, doing yoga every day is worth it.
You might notice over time that energy flows through you easier than before and you feel good and more positive too.
3. Breathing Techniques
Breathing techniques are another good way to feel the more positive energy and it can be a substitute to meditation if you don’t want to meditate.
There are a bunch of breathing techniques out there that you can do.
There is the 4-7-8 technique, 4-12-8 technique, flutter breath, modified lions breath, and many others.
I do the 4-12-8 and flutter breath technique and it helps me feel more relaxed and it helps me to have more positive energy throughout my day.
The most important thing is to find a breathing technique that works best for you and when you do, it will make you feel a lot better.
4. Binaural Beats
Binaural beats in frequencies between 8 to 13 Hz promote positivity.
Though if you want to listen to something that is of a higher frequency, that is fine.
There are different kinds of Binaural beats out there.
There are Binaural beats for letting go, manifesting boost, boost productivity, and much more.
In this case, you want to listen to Binaural beats that help you have more positive energy.
You must wear only headphones when you are listening to Binaural beats to get the full experience.
If you listen to Binaural beats without headphones or with earphones then you won’t have the full effect.
It is recommended that you listen to Binaural beats for about 15 to 30 minutes a day for about 30 to 45 days.
But if you want to listen to them longer than that, that is fine.
I don’t listen to Binaural beats every single day but when I do, I feel better and have more uplifting energy.
You can, of course, learn more about how to get the most benefit out of binaural beats if you want to use it when it is at its full potential.
5. Hang Around People With Positive Energy
This might be one of the most obvious ones on this list.
When you do hang around people with positive energy, you will feel their positive energy.
You know the saying, “we are the average of 5 people we spend the most time with”.
So taking this into account, when we are surrounded by friends that have positive energy, then we will start to be positive and have positive energy too.
If you have any friends that are full of negative energy, then you will have more negative energy and be more negative as a result.
So, cut out the people in your life who has a lot of negative energy, and start being around people who have a lot of uplifting energy.
Trust me, you will feel the difference.
There are so many ways to have more positive energy.
If you do any of the things that I mentioned in this list consistently, then you will notice over time that you will feel more positive energy.
