Are you using the law of Attraction? Well if you are using the law of attraction, there are certain things that you should and don’t do when using the law of attraction.
I’m going to talk about the things that you shouldn’t do when using the law of attraction, but before I get into it, I’m going to talk about what law of attraction is if you are new to it.
What Is The Law Of Attraction?
I would like to credit The Law Of Attraction.com for this good explanation of what Law Of Attraction is.
It says that the law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on it.
It is believed that regardless of age, nationality or religion, we are all susceptible to the laws which govern the universe, including the law of Attraction It is the law of attraction that uses the power of the mind to translate whatever our thoughts and materialize them into reality.
So with that being said, let’s get right into it!
1. Focusing On your Current Circumstances
Don’t make your current circumstances an excuse for the reason why you can’t take action or attract the thing that you want in your life.
If you are complaining or don’t like the current circumstances that you are in and you feel like that you will never attract the thing that you want, I just want to say that it is part of the process I mean if it wasn’t then it wouldn’t happen in the first place.
So when current circumstances are not looking good, just remind yourself that it’s just part of the process and still focus on what you want to attract in your life.
And if you focus on what your current Circumstances are, then you will get more of it.
I also want to add that it is a lot more effective if you focus on the version of you that already has what you want, you can just be as if you were that version of you and your life will change for the better.
2. Focusing On All The Negative Things
When we are trying to attract or manifesting something in your life, your mind will tend to think of all the negative things that might happen or all the negative things that are happening right at this moment.
You mustn’t go down in this negative spiral and when you realize that you are thinking of all the negative things that are happening in your life then don’t beat yourself that you went down the negative spiral.
Make sure to actually appreciate that you realized that you were thinking of all the negative things and start thinking of all the positive things that will happen or are happening right in this very moment.
One of the things that used to stop me from taking action or attracting the thing that I wanted in my life is thinking of all the negative things that might happen when I get it or thinking of all the negative things that are happening right now and I was making excuses of why I can’t take action on the thing that I want.
I quickly realized that I was doing this and I focused on the positive thing of having the thing that I wanted and was grateful for the moment.
3. Staying In the Desire Or Wanting Frequency
There is nothing wrong with desiring or wanting something for a short time.
It shows what you want to attract in your life.
but you definitely shouldn’t stay in the desired frequency for long because the vibration of desire is pretty low (about 125).
When you are wanting or desiring something, you are saying to the universe that you currently don’t have it.
And whatever you put your focus grows, so when you focus on the lack of something, then you will get more of that lack if that makes sense.
So instead of wanting or desiring the thing that you want to attract, you should intend to have it or see it as normal to have it.
The power of intention is a lot more powerful than wanting and desiring it.
When you intend something, you are saying to the universe that that’s something that you’re going to do or plan to have.
I have not realized the power of intention until I tried it out myself.
I realized that it is way easier to attract stuff than ever before.
I would say that I get the specific outcome about 90% of the time and sometimes I don’t realize that I thought of something and it just appears in front of me wich is spectacular.
One thing that you can do to test this out is to set the intention of how you want the day to go, or if you want to go even smaller, you can set the intention to get a specific parking spot or see a specific sign or something like that.
What I did to test it out is that I set the intention to have nobody in the stalls in the bathroom at my school.
And It worked like 95% of the time!
The only times when It didn’t work when I was worried that it wouldn’t work or that there is somebody already in the stalls.
So ya the power of intention is powerful, use intention instead of wanting and desiring and you will notice a huge change in your life.
Manifestation will be so much easier too.
4. Not Taking Any Action
I have seen a lot of people in the spiritual community that think that they don’t have to take any action whatsoever and just meditate and visualize what they want to manifest in their life and think that it will magically just fall in their lap.
Now, to be honest, I used to be like that too, but I quickly realized that you do have to put in some action to manifest what you want.
I mean the word action is in the word attraction.
So make sure that you take some action towards the thing that you want to attract in your life.
If you are not so sure of what type of action you need to take to action on that specific thing or person in your life.
Ask the Universe, Higher Self, Or whatever you need to do that will bring you closer to the thing that you want to attract.
And whatever comes up, make sure to do that thing as soon as possible, when you do you will see results.
Another thing that will work as well is to go within yourself.
All the answers are already inside of you, you just need to look within and when you do, you will be able to find what you need to do to attract the thing that you want.
I have noticed that a lot of people in the law of attraction community are doing this and I used to do this myself as well.
A lot of people think that you just have to visualize what you want, maybe take some action, and you will attract what you want without doing any inner work or ignoring your hurt, insecurities, and shadow parts of yourself.
I used to do this myself, I thought that I could attract of being a millionaire without doing the inner work or confronting my insecurities and hurt.
But reality hit and I realized that I have to do inner work.
I also had a realization that you attract what you are not what you want.
So the key to getting what you want is being compatible with the thing that you want.
you need the thing to come to you not the other thing around.
You don’t see a person that procrastinates and hates himself be a public speaker.
That’s because they currently don’t have access to that reality right now because of how they are right now.
So when you want something, make sure that you become that person that attracts it normally and easily.
I’m applying this in my own life and I feel like I’m having more access and more compatible with the reality that I want to be in.
There have been a lot more opportunities that came my way than ever before.
